Single origin · Seasonal picking

A mountain morning, brewed into a cup

Jiyora selects seasonal leaves from single origins and makes high mountain oolong, osmanthus black tea and cold brew sets in small batches. No added flavourings — only the clarity and returning sweetness of the leaf.

01

One origin

Each tea comes from one place and one seasonal lot. Traceable, never blended anonymously.

02

Small batches

Made and cupped by lot, then packed in small quantities once the flavour settles.

03

Clear language

Origin, craft and brewing parameters are written on every tea, so a cup can be repeated.

How we work

Three things only: origin, craft, clarity

Flavour comes from origin and craft, not from additives. Our work is to reduce the variables: a fixed origin, a fixed picking season, fixed making parameters — and then to write the result down honestly on every tea.

  • Seasonal picking agreed with each origin
  • Rested after making, then cupped before release
  • Cold brewed to show the clearer, softer side

Three teas

Hot or cold, for the two rhythms of a day

Each tea has a clear origin and direction of flavour. Take one, or keep all three as a house list for a boutique hotel or tea room.

Craft

Keep the flavour steady, not endless

From picking to packing, every step becomes a parameter we can reuse. Differences between lots are labelled, not blended away.

Questions

A little more about Jiyora

Where do the teas come from?

Each tea is tied to a single origin and a seasonal lot. The origin and lot notes appear on the product page.

How do I brew the cold brew set?

Steep in cold water for about eight hours and keep refrigerated. Ratios and timing are given in the brewing notes on the product page.

Do you supply wholesale and samples?

Yes. Hotels, restaurants and tea rooms can describe volume and market in the contact form, and we will start with a cupping sample.

Are there added flavourings?

No. The osmanthus in the black tea is a natural scented ingredient; the rest of the flavour comes from the leaf.

How can I reach Jiyora?
